Patti was excellent because I was purchasing from Florida. Except for assistance from family I was not able to see the property until near closing time. Easy terms and not too much to negotiate except for getting access to deal with last minute broken duct and roof leak problems. Very lucky to have Patti help with a semi-distressed property in need of care before closing. Agents may not know but us buyers and sellers in Fairfield talk a lot about who to choose for future listings. Common sense and care really count. Thanks again.

I'm sure every deal is unique. Many aspects of this were easy as a cash buyer, however doing it from a distance required some extra help understanding unseen elements with the property condition. I appreciated all of Patti's local knowledge and her connections with Inspectors.
